He was born in Lanciano. He started his musical studies in the Conservatoire School of High Music Culture “L.D’Annunzio”, in Pescara. He took his degree with the highest mark, under the guide of the teacher G. Di Iorio.

He attended some Summer seminars (in order to improve his studies) with the following teachers: R. Fabbriciani, M. Ancillotti, G. Mastrangelo and D. Losavio for the Chamber music). He also followed some annual courses with Raymond Guiot (the first flute player of the Opera, in Paris), and with the teacher Angelo Persichilli, at the Italian Academy of the flute, in Rome.

He played at many concerts, both in Italy and abroad.

As the first flute player, he joined in several Italian orchestras, such as the Filarmonica Marchigiana Orchestra, the Benedetto Marcello Orchestra, the Orchestra by the Music Friends’ association “F. Fenaroli”, in Lanciano and by the members of the Marruccino Theatre, in Chieti. Many times he played under the guide of the following teachers: Bellugi, Michelangeli, Renzetti, Marc Andrae, Martin, De Bernard, and G. Gelmetti.

He collaborated with several chamber bands, where he often played as a soloist, such as the Camerata Anxanum, the Band in Rome, the Soloists from L’Aquila, the Benedetto Marcello Orchestra, the Italian eight members of wind instruments, with the two societies “B. Barattelli” and the “Soloists by L’Aquila”.

He worked as an assistant of the teacher Angelo Persichilli in the International Courses “F. Fenaroli”, in Lanciano.He played at some concerts, with the five members of the wind instruments called “D’Annunzio”, in famous halls, also partecipating to the “Remagen Festival” and the “Coblenza Festival”, in Germany.

He played at Toronto, Montreal, Windsor, Ottawa, Hamilton, Niagara, Canada, at the “Nervi concert hall” in Rome, and he participated to some registrations too, in account of RAI, the Italian state television in Rome.

He took the Chamber Music Certificate, he obtained a specialization in High Performances, in an Academy full of prestige, that is the International Piano Academy “Meetings with the teacher”, in Imola, with the teacher Pier Narciso Masi. He has been a sideways flute teacher at the Low Secondary State School “D. Pugliesi”, in Ortona. This school has got a musical address.
